Crafted Spells Return Policy
Our products are custom-made and non-refundable. Once an order enters production, it cannot be edited. You may cancel the order, but only the shipping cost is refundable. The production cost is non-refundable. Crafted Spells is not responsible for incorrect sizes or colors chosen during the ordering process.
This return policy applies solely to misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Claims must be submitted within four (4) weeks of receiving the product. For lost packages, claims must be filed within four (4) weeks of the estimated delivery date.
To submit a claim, use the order management dashboard. Upon investigation and confirmation of a valid claim, Crafted Spells will issue a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be credited to your Crafted Spells balance and cannot be converted to cash. Users must provide accurate shipping addresses, and any costs associated with re-shipping due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments will be the user’s responsibility.
Returned items, such as face masks and undergarments, are not eligible for reshipment due to hygiene reasons. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed shipment, you are responsible for the reshipping fee, including a $4.00 service charge. If no re-shipping address is provided, the package will be donated after two weeks.
For EU customers, please note that custom-made or personalized goods and unsealed items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in line with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
